Administrative Analyst
High school diploma with 15 years of experience or 10 years of experience providing programmatic and executive administrative analyst support to technical and management level personnel and bachelor's degree preferred. Duties may include, but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining files. Performs analytical tasks either independently or as part of a team. Assists in the preparation of a variety of reports, assessments, or evaluations.
Admin Level I
Minimum of one year clerical/administrative support to MOBIS technical
and management level personnel and high school diploma or equivalent
degree program.
Admin Level II
Minimum of 3 years providing administrative support to technical and
management level personnel and bachelor's degree.
Associate Consultant
BS/BA and up to 5 years MOBIS related experience providing consulting
support to MOBIS specific areas or up to 5 years experience in a
technical domain necessary to support the MOBIS customer
requirements under close supervision.
Analyst Consultant
BA degree and a minimum of 5 years MOBIS related experience
providing consulting support to MOBIS specific areas under general
supervision.
Engineer Consultant
BS degree and a minimum of 5 years MOBIS related experience providing
consulting support to MOBIS specific areas or 5-10 years experience
in a technical domain necessary to support the MOBIS customer
requirements under general supervision.
Engineer Consultant II
10 years business consulting related experience and a BA degree or a minimum of 3 years business consulting related experience a graduate degree preferred. Provides various types of engineering, management, and/or technical consulting support to projects that require applications of knowledge engineering practices or tools. Requires the ability to plan and carry out complex projects to completion and extensive knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures. Duties may include, but are not limited to: strategic planning, program support, and program assessments.
Executive Analyst Consultant
Senior BA degree and 12 years related experience or a graduate degree and 7 years of experience preferred. Expert with extensive knowledge and experience developing and applying analytic methodologies and principles. Provides highly specialized consulting support to specific areas. Duties may include, but are not limited to: strategic planning, program support, and program assessments.
Executive Consultant
BS/BA and minimum of 20 years experience in MOBIS related areas to
include a minimum of 3 years experience consulting at the senior
executive level in MOBIS specific areas and 15 years of Government
service or directly supporting Government or commercial corporate
experience. Responsible to management for specialized consulting and
technical leadership.
Functional Analyst Consultant
BA/BS degree and 8 or more years experience or a graduate degree and 5 years experience preferred. Provides insight into analyses and supports of a broad range of projects which require specialized and diverse technical knowledge. Duties may include, but are not limited to: program specific analytical or functional support.
Lead Consultant I
BA/BS degree and 10 years MOBIS related experience or 7 years
experience and a graduate degree. Provides managerial and technical
leadership supporting a broad range of MOBIS specific projects.
Lead Consultant II
BA/BS degree and 15 or more years experience or a graduate degree and
12 years experience. Provides managerial and technical leadership in
support of a broad range of MOBIS specific projects which require
specialized and diverse knowledge.
Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability Consultant 1
Minimum education requirement: BS degree in engineering. Related experience preferred, although not required. Possesses the capabilities and expertise related to engineering methods and reliability in order to perform task under general supervision. Duties may include, but are not limited to: applying reliability engineering principles to maintain and improve quality of products or systems.
Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability Consultant 2
BS degree in engineering or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience or graduate degree with 5 years experience preferred. Possesses the capabilities and expertise related to engineering methods and reliability in order to perform task under limited supervision. Duties may include, but are not limited to: applying reliability engineering principles to maintain and improve quality of products or systems.
Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability Consultant 3
BS degree in engineering or equivalent plus a minimum of 15 years of related experience or MS degree with 8 years experience preferred. Possesses the capabilities and expertise related to engineering methods and reliability in order to perform task under minimal supervision. Duties may include, but are not limited to: applying reliability engineering principles to maintain and improve quality of products or systems.
Senior Analyst Consultant
BA/BS and 20 or more years of MOBIS related experience or graduate
degree and 15 years MOBIS related experience. Manages large projects
covering a broad range of MOBIS specific areas which require highly
specialized and diverse knowledge.
Senior Engineer Consultant
BS and 20 or more years MOBIS related experience or a graduate degree
and 15 years MOBIS related experience. Manage large technical MOBIS
specific projects which require highly specialized and diverse
knowledge.
Senior Executive Consultant
BS/BA and minimum of 20 years experience in MOBIS related areas to
include a minimum of 7 years consulting at the senior executive
level and a minimum of 15 years of Government service or directly
supporting Government or commercial corporate experience.
Responsible to highest level of management for specialized
consulting and technical leadership.
Senior Executive Engineer Consultant
Senior expert with a BS/BA and minimum of 20 years experience in related areas, or a Master's Degree and 15 years of experience, or a Doctorate Degree and 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years experience consulting at the senior level in specific areas and/or 15 years of Government service or directly supporting Government or commercial corporate experience preferred. Serves as a technical or expert resource on a task. Generally takes technical leadership role. Duties may include, but are not limited to: providing leadership for engineering of systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices, and/or processes.
Senior Executive Analyst Consultant
BS and 20 or more years related experience or a graduate degree and 15 years related experience preferred. Senior expert with extensive knowledge and experience who serves as a technical or expert resource on a task. Generally takes technical leadership role or is responsible for more complex tasks. Duties may include, but are not limited to: developing and applying analytic methodologies and principles.
