Admin Level I

Admin Level II
BA or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years providing administrative support to technical and management level personnel using various word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software applications.

Admin Level III
BS/BA or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years related work experience. Supervises administrative functions and staff and provides a range of mid to high level support to technical and management personnel using various word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software applications.

Associate Physical Engineer
BS or equivalent experience plus up to 5 years related work experience. Under frequent supervision, performs a variety of system design and development activities within a project. Provides technical support to engineers and senior level engineers.

Associate Analyst
BA or equivalent experience plus up to 5 years related work experience. Under frequent supervision, performs a variety of analytical tasks and supports other analysts and senior analysts.

Physical Engineer
BS or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years related work experience or PhD. Works under general supervision of Sr. Engineers and applies developed skills and knowledge to perform a variety of system design and development activities.

Systems Analyst
BA or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years related work experience or PhD. Works under general supervision of Sr. Analysts and applies developed skills and knowledge to perform a variety of analytical tasks.

Lead Engineer I
BS/BA or equivalent experience plus 10 years related work experience or advanced degree plus 7 years related work experience, including 2 years management experience. Provides leadership and management of a broad range of technical efforts within a specific project exercising independent judgment in the performance of all duties.

Lead Engineer II
BS/BA or equivalent experience plus 15 years related work experience or advanced degree plus 12 years related work experience, including 4 years of management experience. Provides leadership and management of a broad range of technical efforts exercising independent judgment and providing high level analytical solutions to complex or unusual technical or management problems.

Lead Analyst I
BA or equivalent experience plus 10 years related work experience or advanced degree and 7 years related work experience, including 2 years management experience. Provides leadership and management of a broad range of analytical efforts within a specific project exercising independent judgment in the performance of all duties.

Lead Analyst II
BA or equivalent experience plus 15 years related work experience or advanced degree plus 12 years related work experience, including 4 years of management experience. Provides leadership and management of a broad range of analytical efforts exercising independent judgment and providing high level analytical solutions to complex or unusual technical or management problems.

Sr. BMDO Analyst
Advanced degree and 20 years BMDO related experience, and 5 years experience at the Sr. Executive level. Duties may include but are not limited to providing high-level technical expertise to BMD Program Leads related to acquisition strategy & reform.

BMD Lead Engineer
Advanced degree and 20 years BMDO related engineering experience or 15 years BMDO related engineering experience and advanced degree. Duties may include but are not limited to leading detailed engineering studies of BMD systems, conducting architecture analyses, and providing systems analysis/modeling of simulation expertise.

BMD Program Analyst
Advanced degree and 20 years BMDO related experience or 15 years BMDO related experience and advanced degree. Duties may include but are not limited to providing high level analysis of BMD programs such as program management, strategic planning, and budget analyses.

Senior Systems Analyst
BA or equivalent experience plus 20 years related work experience or advanced degree plus 15 years related work experience, including 4 years of management experience. Manages large projects covering a broad range of complex analytical tasks which require highly specialized and diverse knowledge.

Senior Physical Engineer
BS or equivalent experience plus 20 years related work experience or advanced degree plus 15 years related work experience, including 4 years of management experience. Manages large projects covering a broad range of complex technical tasks which require highly specialized and diverse knowledge.

Senior Physical Engineer Manager
BS plus 25 years related work experience or advance degree and 20 years related work experience to include 5 years management experience. With lead program responsibilities, manages large technical projects requiring highly specialized and diverse knowledge and is responsible to top management.

Senior Specialty Engineer
Advance degree and 25 years related work experience to include management experience at the senior executive level. Provides highly specialized consulting and leadership to large programs or projects requiring complex technical knowledge.

Project Manager I
BA/BS or equivalent experience plus minimum of 5 years related work experience or advanced degree. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing all aspects of projects, such as ensuring adherence to project schedules, efficient use of resources, and project completion. Usually works under supervision of program manager or senior technical director.

Project Manager II
BA/BS or equivalent experience plus minimum of 10 years related work experience or advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing all aspects of projects, such as ensuring adherence to project schedules, efficient use of resources, and project completion.

Project Manager III

Program Manager I

Program Manager II

Program Manager III

This may include supporting the development, testing and evaluation of products or services in a specific technological area.

Subject Matter Expert II
BA or equivalent experience plus minimum of 15 years related work experience or advanced degree and 10 years related work experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing technical knowledge and expertise in a specific area of interest. Subject Matter Expert III

Note: 4 years of general experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and 5 years general experience plus BA/BS is equivalent to a Master's Degree.
