The Washington Post Names DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation a 2015 Top Workplace

DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the small business category for the second consecutive year.

“We are honored to be named a Top Workplace for the second consecutive year,” said John Donnellon, President of DECISIVE ANALYTICS. “Our employee-owners come first. It is their hard work and dedication that allows us as a company to thrive and continually earn our title of being a Top Workplace.”  Companies are evaluated on three essential elements of the workplace: organizational health, employee engagement efforts, and work-life flexibility.

DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation strives to maintain an atmosphere conducive to employees’ professional development while fostering an enjoyable corporate culture.  In the past year, DECISIVE ANALYTICS has received additional recognition for its corporate culture from the Washington Business Journal, Washingtonian Magazine and other organizations.

Finalists were honored at the Top Workplaces awards reception held at The Washington Post Conference Center on June 18, 2015.  Each year, over 4,000 organizations are reviewed with only 150 companies earning a spot on the list.

The Washington Post published the complete list of Top Workplaces on June 19, 2015.
