DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) announced today that they are conducting a Wide Field-of-View (WFOV) Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Limited objective experiment and Military Utility Assessment for the U.S. Army. This experiment is to evaluate OPIR WFOV staring sensor technologies against validated requirements and measures of performance for the battlespace awareness mission and demonstrate rapid dissemination of sensor data to handheld devices.
