COLORADO SPRING, CO, January 13, 2012 - Colorado Operations Office Manager/AFSO, Ms. Amity Wagner, was elected as a 2012 Board of Director member for the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). She was named Vice President of General Membership and will be coordinating the social media and website. The Pikes Peak Chapter of AUSA looks forward to succeeding at their 2012 goals of increasing general and corporate membership and truly become a staple within the Pikes Peak region.
Since 1950, the Association of the United States Army has worked to support all aspects of national security while advancing the interests of America's Army and the men and women who serve.
AUSA represents every American Soldier by:
- Being the voice for all components of America's Army
- Fostering public support of the Army's role in national security
- Providing professional education and information programs
AUSA has been an integral part of the Colorado community for many years and 2012 will be extremely exciting as we re-vamp this program!
